90 lot residential subdivision for a development company in Orewa.

Dec 2020 – PRESENT

This is a 90 Lot Subdivision which required extensive rehabilitation of previously placed fill, importation of additional clean fill to achieve the required levels, platforming of all sections, trim and temporarily stabilize batters where future walls are to be built.

Installation of all Waste Water, Storm Water and Drinking Water Infrastructure including the trenching and installation of the future services required for this Project - Power, Gas, Chorus, Water. Construction of all the Roading, Footpaths and other Streetscape works including new speed humps in the existing stages.
